Ramtech's Accelerated Building System utilizes the best of onsite and offsite construction by combining the speed and efficiency of off-site building component fabrication with the quality and appearance of onsite applied interior and exterior finishes. We do this by employing simultaneous construction tracts. While pouring a conventional concrete slab foundation on the building site, the structural steel building components are pre-assembled at Ramtech’s fabrication facility. When complete, the building sections are then shipped to the project location, crane-set on the concrete foundation, then quickly weathered-in and finished-out on site. The result is a superior quality facility with:
